We are looking for an experienced Coworking/ customer service team member to join us as we build our rapidly growing team. The role of Community Manager is an exciting and varied role that covers all aspects of running the location.
The right candidate will have the ability to actively drive community engagement within their location whilst maintaining a high level of customer service, build meaningful working relationships and create a seamless member experience.
You will be:
- Experienced in customer service and engagement
- Experienced events management
- Experience in online CRM systems
Your focus :
Member Engagement & Retention:
- Deliver a positive member experience within your community ensuring high levels of member satisfaction.
- Be the go to person in your location for all member queries, resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Cover the front desk when necessary
- Own the move in and move out process for all new members
Sales, Marketing and Events:
- Work alongside the Senior Community Manager and Community Lead to source new member perks and incentives for the spacemade network
- Work alongside marketing team as and when required
- Create and deliver engaging member events
- Create and deliver weekly CM member newsletter
- Ensure all events are in line with company marketing
- Conduct Tours following the complete sales process
- Carry out walk in tours for coworking memberships
- Working alongside the Senior Community Manager to achieve your location KPI’s
- Update and complete sales CRM as required
Location operations & Facilities management:
- Maintaining ongoing communication with operation & maintenance teams (respectively) to ensure that processes are running smoothly
- Report any facilities or operational issues to the relevant department
- Carry out regular building walks to ensure Spacemade operating standards are maintained.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience working within a coworking space or building communities.
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of prospecting and closing deals.
- A keen interest in entrepreneurship and business growth and development.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills and should be able to boost brand awareness.
- Experience in social media, PR, and promotional events.
- Natural connector and enabler.
- Highly motivated individual who is happy to work in a distributed team.
- Start-up experience an advantage.
- Great organisational skills and capacity for working independently.
