We are looking for an experienced Talent & Culture Manager to join us as we build our rapidly growing team and company culture. 

You will be responsible for building out our HR policies, driving culture and developing talent acquisition processes, and facilitating our growing team.

You love a busy, start-up team where each day brings new inspiration and challenges and are comfortable juggling multiple projects at the same time.

 

You’ll excel at:  

  • Driving the culture of our growing business
  • Hiring the best talent for both our HQ and on-site teams

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Actively recruit the best talent for roles
  • Develop and implement culture programmes
  • Onboard new team members
  • Build and implement policies and procedures, benefits programs and perks
  • Manage and implement recruitment policy and procedure
  • Develop a reward and recognition strategy
  • Create and implement HR policies and systems
  • Manage performance and talent management

 

Qualifications:

  • No formal HR qualifications required to apply but CIPD preferred
  • An HR generalist with internal recruitment experience
  • Experienced leading staff engagement & performance management
  • Experienced driving performance culture and training within a team
