Thanks to our partnership with UGP, all electricity in our buildings comes from 100% renewable sources like wind, solar, and hydro. At Spacemade, every light switched on, laptop charged, and coffee brewed runs on clean energy, supporting a healthier planet and a more sustainable future.
Waste Management
From dedicated recycling zones to our growing zero-waste culture, our shared spaces make it easy for members to reduce, reuse, and rethink their habits.

Grace & Green
We’re proud to partner with Grace & Green, a world-leading B Corp transforming period care through sustainability, dignity, and access. Their organic, plastic-free products are made from certified cotton and bamboo, with fully compostable packaging.
Humdingers
We’ve teamed up with Humdingers, a London-based catering company, on a mission to end food poverty. Every event they cater helps fund their Soup Kitchen, which serves over 1,000 free hot meals each week in Hackney.
Bird & Blend
It wouldn’t be a workspace without a great cup of tea, which is why Spacemade is proud to partner with Bird & Blend to bring that sense of comfort and community to every one of our spaces.
Volcano Coffee Works
We work with Volcano Coffee Works, our official coffee partner and a South London-based B Corp roastery making great coffee that’s good for people and planet. They pay well above Fairtrade minimums and invest in projects like Brazil’s Sombra Project, supporting reforestation and biodiversity, and Rebuild Women’s Hope in the DRC, empowering women through sustainable coffee.
HALE HOUSE: A MODEL FOR SUSTAINABLE WORKSPACES
Located in the heart of the Harley Street Health District, 76–78 Portland Place has undergone a major refurbishment by The Howard de Walden Estate, resulting in outstanding environmental performance and long-term sustainability.
With a 60% reduction in primary energy use, energy intensity of just 62 kWh/m², and certifications including FitWel, BREEAM Excellent, and NABERS UK, the building is on track for Net Zero Carbon accreditation.

To qualify for charity discounts, organisations must be officially recognised as charitable entities. The following documentation must be provided to the site team:
- The full charity name, to be verified via the UK Charity Commission database; or
- A valid charity registration certificate, which will be used to confirm the organisation’s listing in the database.
All discounted bookings or memberships must be arranged directly with the site team.

The following discounts are available to all verified charities:
- 50% off meeting room bookings on Fridays only
- 20% off coworking memberships
- 20% off private office memberships

Charities booking meeting rooms may use the coworking area for up to 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after their scheduled booking, subject to availability.
If additional coworking time is required, charities must purchase a day pass at the location’s standard rate.

All catering for meeting rooms is charged at the standard rate and requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Charities are responsible for any loss, damage or breakages caused during use of meeting rooms or coworking areas. Any items broken or damaged must be paid for in full.

All bookings must be arranged directly with the relevant site team between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm.
Bookings requested outside of these hours will be charged at the standard (non-discounted) rate.
Charities must submit their eligibility information prior to setting up a membership or confirming any booking.

Spacemade reserves the right to verify a charity’s status at any time.
All discounts and offers are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at Spacemade’s discretion.
All bookings are governed by Spacemade’s standard Terms of Use, in addition to these charity-specific Terms & Conditions.
