Once you become a Spacemade member, head to your chosen location, and our friendly community team will be there to welcome you. They’ll walk you through setting up the Spacemade app, giving you seamless access to the building. We’re excited to have you join us!

Indeed! We want your private office to feel like home, so feel free to bring in your favourite furniture pieces. And if you’re looking for a little extra flair, we offer consultations with our interior designer to help you personalise the space and make it uniquely yours. Let’s create the office of your dreams together!

We offer tailored bandwidth, personalised SSID, dedicated IT comms rack space (subject to availability), and backup UPS power for uninterrupted connectivity and data reliability.

We’re all about furry friends and wagging tails here at Spacemade, which is why our offices are 100% dog-friendly! However, when it comes to other critters, like fish, lizards, snakes, and hamsters, we kindly ask that you keep them comfy at home. Thanks for understanding!

Not at all! Our memberships work on a rolling subscription basis, which means you’re charged monthly for the number of passes included in your package. Just a heads up, any unused days can’t be carried over to the next month. If you ever decide to cancel, we kindly ask for a 30-day heads up.

If you ever need to cancel your membership, just reach out to your community manager. There are no long-term commitments here – you can simply terminate it by giving us 30 days written notice. We’re here to make your workspace experience as flexible as possible!
