Once you become a Spacemade member, head to your chosen location, and our friendly community team will be there to welcome you. They’ll walk you through setting up the Spacemade app, giving you seamless access to the building. We’re excited to have you join us!

Absolutely! If you’re part of our unlimited, fixed desk, or private office membership, feel free to bring your guests along. Our community team will warmly welcome them and sign them in upon arrival. We love meeting your friends, so don’t hesitate to invite them over! However, please note that if guests come regularly or are staying for the day, they will need to purchase a day pass.

We’re all about furry friends and wagging tails here at Spacemade, which is why our offices are 100% dog-friendly! However, when it comes to other critters, like fish, lizards, snakes, and hamsters, we kindly ask that you keep them comfy at home. Thanks for understanding!

If you ever need to cancel your membership, just reach out to your community manager. There are no long-term commitments here – you can simply terminate it by giving us 30 days written notice. We’re here to make your workspace experience as flexible as possible!

Yes, you can! If you are an unlimited coworking or private office member, you have the freedom to explore all our Spacemade locations. Just drop by, check in at the reception, and let the journey unfold!

Not at all! Our memberships work on a rolling subscription basis, which means you’re charged monthly for the number of passes included in your package. Just a heads up, any unused days can’t be carried over to the next month. If you ever decide to cancel, we kindly ask for a 30-day heads up.

Yes! We love it when our members spread the word about Spacemade, that’s why we have our referral scheme. For each friend you refer who joins our community, you’ll receive a One4all voucher to spend on your favourite brands or have the equivalent amount donated to charity. Go, call your mates!
